Philosophy and conduct

Professional integrity and ethical conduct are the credo of Pangea. Its management and staff are dedicated to upholding it, not just in principle but also in day-to-day practice.

Professionalism

·            Professionalism implies competence in programs offered to clients.

·            It also entails familiarity with technological and scientific developments in the related areas.

·            We will not undertake projects that we cannot complete competently and properly on time.

·            We may, at times, be as critical as the referees could be, to make the utmost to assure success of our customers.

Ethical conduct also means that

·            We will always act in the best interest of our client.

·            Our opinions will be free and independent of undisclosed interests.

·            We will not enter into possible conflict of interest, and will diligently inform our clients when such conflict might exist.

·            We will not make promises or raise expectations that cannot be realized.

·            We will keep information and documents received in confidence as confidential and will make our outmost to protect them from disclosure.

·            We will not make use of such proprietary information.

·            We will not make recommendations to clients for which third parties pay or provide other benefits to us without clearly and unambiguously informing the client in advance.

·            Our conduct versus the funding agencies, primarily in the European Commission, will be strictly ethical and professional. No unethical trade-offs will be suggested or implied to their personnel or agencies.
